We enter an M/s dynamic to grow, learn, play, love, enjoy the lifestyle and as time goes on that bond grows and we grow older, our needs change, our goals change, our dynamic changes too. We will discuss the challenges of growing older and it's effects on our dynamics, how to help your dynamic evolve as your lives evolves, what steps can be made to preserve the dynamic while accommodating for the changes that come with growing older.

Have you ever struggled with putting another's needs before your own, shifting your expectations of acceptable behavior from others, or losing your sense of self in your relationship? No matter your role or identity, it can be easy to hide these inner experiences behind protocol, rules and ritual. Pop psychology can make it difficult to talk about complex trauma response systems. Reflecting on the experiences as both a Master and as a recovering codependent, this class will explore the behavior of C-PTSD through the lens of codependency to understand how it affects our behavior, sense of self and our dynamics.

In this class, we will:
• Define interdependence, enmeshment and codependency
• Explore the traits common to people who suffer codependency
• Provide strategies for managing codependency in power dynamics
